I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist and provide therapy to Individuals, couples, children and families. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute and have been working in the field of mental health for 8 years. I have also worked as a school counselor. My clinical experience has been with both children and adults experiencing many different life challenges including child and parenting issues, work or school stress, family and lifecycle changes as well as marriage and relationship hardship.

My style of therapy is based in curiosity, compassion and an unconditional positive regard for who you are in your entirety. My conversations with you are collaborative and open, and I explore your past, present and future with a genuine interest and a full sense of acceptance. I will sit with you through pain, join with you in your joy, and smile when there’s humor. Getting to know my clients at a deep level is important to me – I seek this through asking questions, learning your interests, your passions and hearing your struggles. I believe human beings are so uniquely different and deserve that same unique and individualized attention when entering into therapy. Through a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship, I believe healing, growth and transformation are possible, and I will work with you exactly where you are.

In my work I am integrative, utilizing Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also incorporate Mindfulness based coping strategies.
