It is my passion to support and walk alongside others as they explore the depths of their being- that which makes them truly unique. As a clinician, my holistic therapeutic approach is informed by the wisdom and strength that I derive from the body, nature, creative expression and deep inquiry. I am also relational in my orientation- bringing warmth, openness, curiosity, patience, and flexibility to my clients in order to support their dynamic needs as they emerge in the present. I see every individual as autonomous and worthy of respect, compassion and care. I embrace diversity (across all backgrounds, identities, life experiences, etc.) in my practice, and principles of social justice and liberation psychology are embedded in my work as I understand the importance of meeting individuals in the context of their environment in order to find greater freedom and healing.
I received my Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My specializations are supporting individuals (children/teens/adults) and couples navigating issues related to grief, sexual orientation, gender identity, relational wounding, sexual trauma, psychedelic integration, as well as existential and spiritual awakenings/uncertainties. I am queer, kink, poly and sex-work friendly/affirming.
