Welcome!

I believe that our most challenging moments in life can be our greatest teachers and ideal opportunities for self-empowerment and growth. My intention is to create a safe space for clients to explore all aspects of their life, focusing on what inspired the brave decision to seek therapy, so that I can serve as a guide and assistant on their healing journey. It is my belief that we all have the innate tools and the ability to heal ourselves, and it is my honor to help clients identify and reinforce these tools with compassion, empathy, and clinical care.

My approach is Holistic, which focuses on the mind, body, and soul. I specialize in Transpersonal and Humanistic psychotherapy, which aims to access and connect with undiscovered parts of the soul and the subconscious through traditional talk therapy, dream analysis, art, and creative practices with the goal of self-discovery and achieving one’s greatest potential. Additionally, I provide solution-focused therapy to identify and re-frame limiting beliefs as well as goal-oriented problem solving.

My clinical background includes trauma-informed therapy with children, adults, and families, as well as treating clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. I also have experience in counseling and advocacy work for Immigrant and marginalized populations. I value diversity, inclusivity, cultural awareness, and human kindness. As a Latinx bilingual therapist, I proudly offer services in English and Spanish.
